Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free of charge.
All our product prices include 5% VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.

GCC Countries (No Additional Charges)

For orders shipped to Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia, all product prices include applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes.

Customers in these countries will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Rest of the World

For international orders outside the countries listed above; please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Depending on your destination country’s customs regulations, these charges may be collected by local authorities upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary by country and order value.

If you choose not to pay the import duties or refuse the parcel upon arrival:

• The shipment may be returned to us by the carrier.

• You will be responsible for all shipping, customs, and return-related fees.

• The return process may take around 2 months, depending on the destination and courier.

• A refund will only be issued once the returned parcel has been received and inspected by our team.

جميع أسعار منتجاتنا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة ٥٪ وفقاً للوائح دولة الإمارات.

دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (بدون رسوم إضافية)

بالنسبة للطلبات المشحونة إلى البحرين، قطر، الكويت، عُمان و المملكة العربية السعودية، فإن جميع الأسعار تشمل الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد والضرائب المطبقة.

لن يتم تحصيل أي رسوم إضافية من العملاء في هذه الدول عند التسليم.

باقي دول العالم

بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية خارج الدول المذكورة أعلاه، يرجى الملاحظة أن الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد والضرائب المحلية غير مشمولة في أسعار منتجاتنا أو تكاليف الشحن.
وبناءً على القوانين الجمركية في بلد الوجهة، قد يتم تحصيل هذه الرسوم من قبل السلطات المحلية عند تسليم الشحنة.

للأسف، ليست لدينا سيطرة على هذه الرسوم ولا يمكننا تحديد قيمتها، إذ تختلف حسب بلد الوجهة وقيمة الطلب.

في حال عدم دفع الرسوم الجمركية أو رفض استلام الطرد عند وصوله:

• قد يتم إرجاع الشحنة إلينا من قبل شركة النقل.

• ستكون مسؤولاً عن جميع رسوم الشحن والجمارك وتكاليف الإرجاع.

• قد تستغرق عملية الإرجاع تقريبا شهرين حسب بلد الوجهة وشركة الشحن.

• سيتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد فقط بعد استلام الشحنة المرتجعة وفحصها من قبل فريقنا.
